Some story-boarding of my opening scene in more detail.

Some low-polygon character wip. I`ve decided to go playstation 2 in terms of polycount for characters, just to see if I can make some progress on this project.

This is my idea for an opening to the animation. I was originally going to start the short with a gradual build up but sometimes you just need to grab attention of the audience. Now I just need to keep building my environments and characters – I’ll be going for a stylised look. It’s the only way to make progress on a spare time project.

As I`ve been distracted from working on this project for quite a while, I’ve decided to make a 2 minute long trailer in the style of moving concept art. I still plan on doing a 10 minute cgi animation, however I need to take a little detour which will generate quicker results. And is hopefully going to be fun, and not the long drawn out/time-consuming process of todays high detail cgi.
